HR Consultancy

HR Consultancy

I have over 25 years experience in the world of Human Resources (HR), as both an HR adviser (in which I have helped to resolve a variety of people issues for both employer and employee) and as a HR business partner addressing the more strategic HR issues.

I have specialised in the areas of advising on attendance management, sick absence and how organisations can improve employee well being to their mutual benefit. I was a key note speaker at the Workplace Wellbeing & Stress Summit 2012 held in London in November 2012 and am contracted to the Ministry of Defence as a Harassment Investigating Officer (HIO) carrying out investigations into harassment and bullying.
